Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Due to handmade and personalised elements, slight variations may occur.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, names, dates, spellings, and delivery information are accurate when submitted.

Customised Products

Personalised and made-to-order products are produced according to the information supplied by the customer.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be amended at any time without notice.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before production and dispatch.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of many products, personalised or custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
We have made an error in personalisation

Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Where a return is approved, products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, product designs, logos, branding, and text remain the property of OathBridal.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OathBridal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
