At OathBridal, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are personalised, custom-made, or made to order, our refund policy differs from that of standard retail products.
Personalised and Custom-Made Items
Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:
Personalised gift boxes
Custom-made accessories
Products featuring names, dates, initials, or custom text
Made-to-order items created to your specifications
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
Damaged
Faulty
Defective
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at oathbridal@outlook.com.
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
We may offer:
A replacement item
A repair where appropriate
A full or partial refund
The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances and consumer rights legislation.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
Unused
In their original condition
Returned in original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders for personalised or custom-made products cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before production begins.
